Your potential is our inspiration. **Where You’ll Make a Difference** * Record the receipt of finished products approved by the Quality Control team. * Ensure proper storage of products in designated areas (refrigerated and dry). * Coordinate with internal departments related to order processing and inventory control. * Guarantee warehouse organization and correct physical allocation of products. * Monitor and update product status, including incident or deviation management. * Ensure physical inventory aligns with the system (Kardex). * Perform physical order picking (picking) for additional orders based on demand. * Confirm product receipts into the warehouse to support order scheduling. * Support shipping and inventory control activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. **What Makes You the Ideal Candidate** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the food industry. * Language: Spanish. * Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehousing processes. * Knowledge of **Good Storage Practices (GSP)**. * Basic Excel skills. * Experience operating electric and/or combustion-powered forklifts will be considered a plus. **How You Stand Out** * Prior experience in industrial or logistics environments. * Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems. * Experience with material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). **Why Choose IFF** * Join a global company impacting products consumed daily by millions of people. * Work in a diverse, inclusive, and innovation-driven environment. * Advance your career with opportunities for continuous learning. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic setting. * Contribute to an organization that values safety, quality, and operational excellence.
