Job Summary: Conduct sampling, hygienic-sanitary inspections, documentation preparation, and supervision in the food and hydrobiological sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducts food sampling and hygienic-sanitary inspections. 2. Performs inspection and sampling of hydrobiological products. 3. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Perform food sampling and hygienic-sanitary inspection activities. * Conduct inspection, sampling, and loading of hydrobiological products. * Prepare inspection-related documents. * Report non-conformities identified during inspections to the team leader and/or Coordinator. * Conduct supervision and audits. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in one of the following fields: Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Fisheries Sciences, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines. * Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in the industry. * Availability to work rotating shifts and travel. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Corporate partnership agreements. * Applicable SGS benefits.
