At **Comsatel**, a national leader specializing in innovative satellite security and monitoring solutions, we are seeking a **Junior Trade Marketing Analyst**. We are looking to add to our team a dynamic, highly curious professional with strong analytical capabilities to strengthen our market strategy. **Job Summary:** We seek an action- and research-oriented profile. Your primary objective will be to map the market, closely analyze our competitors, and provide key insights enabling us to identify new business opportunities and enhance our competitiveness. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Actively monitor competitors' strategies, gathering intelligence on their pricing, promotions, and market moves. * Conduct benchmarking analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, and best practices within our sector. * Carry out market research and mystery shopper evaluations to audit sales experience and sales arguments. * Collect qualitative and quantitative data to help define market size and better structure our customer segments (Buyer Personas). * Collaborate on creating sales materials, sales *speech*, and training for the sales team—equipping them with tools to counter objections based on competitors’ offerings. **Requirements to Apply:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar roles, preferably in Trade Marketing, Product, or Marketing (with focus on physical, brand, and competitive analysis—not exclusively digital). * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Excel and intermediate-level English. * **Personal Profile:** Excellent communication skills (extroverted personality), proactive attitude, strong intellectual curiosity for research, and results-driven orientation. **Our Benefits:** * **Salary:** Market-competitive compensation. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits from day one. * **Flexibility:** Hybrid work model (3 days in-office and 2 days remote). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturday availability.
