Currently, we are searching for top talent to join us as FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE – LIGHTING FIXTURES AND ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS. SALES AREA: MALVINAS (CENTRAL LIMA) AND SURQUILLO Requirements: * Completed secondary education or technical certification. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Sales Representative in the hardware or lighting channel (mandatory). * Existing customer portfolio within the assigned work area (desirable). * Proactive individual available to conduct field sales routes. Responsibilities: * Offer and sell products from the company’s catalog to customers in the traditional channel in Lima and/or provinces. * Prospect new customers, close sales, and ensure collections. * Handle customer objections to secure sales. * Provide information and advisory support regarding requested products. * Inform customers about promotions and clearance sales. * Identify new customers within the assigned territory. * Submit visit reports and new customer updates to the Sales Manager.
