Job Summary: Inveritas Global Holdings - IGH is seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage orders, coordinate with suppliers, and administer inventories in the mining sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise warehouse status and logistical resources At **Inveritas Global Holdings \- IGH**, a leading company in comprehensive operational risk management for Health and Industrial Safety, Environment, Community Relations, and Human Rights (SSMARC) within the mining sector, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Logistics Assistant**. **Work Modality:** * **Employment Regime:** Full-time * **Working Hours:** * \-Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * \-Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Work Location:** Santiago de Surco **Responsibilities:** * Manage orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure resource availability. * Execute supplier quotation and evaluation processes. * Administer product inbound and outbound through updated inventory control (Kardex). * Supervise warehouse conditions and implement improvements to storage and control systems. * Report logistics information to administration and general management. * Supervise efficient use of equipment and logistical resources to prevent contingencies. **Additional Requirement:** * Availability to travel across various locations for order management, deliveries, and coordination with suppliers and personnel. **Academic Qualifications:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Work Experience:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in logistics processes**. * Experience conducting supplier quotations. * Experience in mining or construction sectors (desirable). **Technical Knowledge / Certifications:** * Proficiency in **Excel at intermediate or advanced level**. * Experience with **Kardex and inventory management** (desirable). * Existing supplier network or knowledge of suppliers (desirable). **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Essalud health insurance * Formal payroll enrollment from day one – General Regime * 100% CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) * 30 calendar days of vacation Application Questions: * Please indicate your current residential address and telephone number. * Please state your availability to start and your salary expectations. * What is your level of Excel proficiency (intermediate or advanced)? * Do you have experience managing Kardex and inventories? * Have you conducted supplier quotation and coordination processes?
