**What are the main responsibilities of this role?**
* Update maintenance reporting databases and dashboards.
* Analyze trends, prepare reports, and provide maintenance recommendations for assets.
* Monitor implementation of action plans for countermeasures aimed at improving asset reliability.
* Coordinate cross-departmental meetings to analyze terminal equipment performance.
* Conduct and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Analysis (FAA).
* Prepare and analyze trends from oil analysis results.
* Update reliability procedures and standards.
* Calculate, prepare, and document maintenance, process, and reliability department project KPI reports.
* Propose Continuous Improvement projects based on the LEAN methodology for maintenance management.
* Develop Machine Learning models to enhance information analysis and trend identification for asset parameters.
* Perform GEMBA walks on equipment to ensure thorough FAA and RCA analysis.
* Apply HSEQ policies, procedures, systems, standards, and guidelines to ensure safe and protected business operations. Likewise, apply the Internal Labor Regulations and Code of Conduct while performing job duties. Be familiar with the Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policy.
* Support functions assigned by the immediate supervisor and assist in departmental projects.
**What talent are we looking for?**
* Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
* Proficiency in reliability statistical tools: Weibull analysis, MTBF/MTTR, criticality analysis, and RCA.
* Desired certifications in reliability and asset management: CMRP (SMRP), ICOGAM (INGEMAN), and/or MLA I / MLT I (ICML).
* Strong knowledge of advanced statistics and machine learning applied to maintenance data analysis and predictive maintenance model development.
* Python programming focused on statistical analysis and automation of reliability reporting (Desirable).
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
* Intermediate English.
