Efficient management of returns and reverse logistics. 2. Coordination with transportation providers and claim tracking. 3. Support in improving reverse logistics processes. **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide support for processes related to reverse logistics, ensuring efficient return management. Manage the pickup of products returned by customers, coordinating with involved departments. Verify and record the physical condition of returned products. Enter and update return-related information in the ERP system. Coordinate with transportation providers for timely product pickup. Track claims related to returned or incorrect products. Prepare control and analysis reports on returns, failures, and common causes. Support the development of improvements in reverse logistics processes.
