Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Back Office for Movistar, responsible for providing commercial support, comprehensive sales tracking, and process control to achieve business objectives. Identification and continuous improvement of sales processes We are SALESLAND, and we are currently looking for a COMMERCIAL BACK OFFICE for our client Movistar. **Location: MINKA** **Schedule:** **Fixed shift Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Work Modality:** On-site **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies. * Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Back Office. * Proficiency in Movistar systems (TDP and commercial applications) is mandatory. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **POSITION MISSION:** Provide commercial support and conduct comprehensive sales tracking, ensuring accurate registration, validation, and control of commercial processes to contribute to achieving business objectives. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Track and monitor all sales managed by the commercial team. * Prepare and follow up on commercial reports, conversion indicators, and productivity metrics. * Provide commercial support to promoters and points of sale. * Monitor and collect information related to Fixed Sales and MT processes. * Review incidents and identify breakdowns in commercial processes. * Validate and monitor the status of sales and requests registered in the TDP systems. * Track promoter- and point-of-sale-level productivity and coverage. * Develop action plans aimed at improving sales, tracking, and control processes. * Propose improvements to sales registration dynamics and incident management. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment contract from day one. * All statutory benefits. * S/1,200 fixed + S/400 variable * Corporate benefits. **Apply now and join the team driving Movistar’s growth!** Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
