Lead, motivate, and develop the team to foster high performance. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead and direct the implementation of the strategy and business plan to achieve expected profitability and growth levels. Significantly contribute to defining and developing the organization’s mission, vision, strategic objectives, and institutional values. Design and implement strategic and operational plans that guarantee the clinic’s sustainability and growth. Be accountable for financial results of operations; optimize revenues and costs while generating greater profitability. Identify new business opportunities, service lines, and strategic alliances to drive growth. Develop and oversee the Annual Operational Plan and budget, ensuring compliance and adjusting it according to market evolution. Monitor adherence to key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, patient wait times, and patient satisfaction. Ensure efficient use of human resources, infrastructure, materials, and medical equipment. Guarantee operational continuity during contingencies or special projects by implementing business continuity and emergency plans. Coordinate with the payer relations management team to finalize and execute contracts with various insurance companies. Ensure compliance with health regulations, biosafety protocols, and Auna network standards for clinical care protocols. Follow up on continuous improvement plans in quality, patient safety, and patient experience. Likewise, promote and ensure a person-centered care culture. Lead, motivate, and develop the team under your supervision, fostering high performance and a positive work environment. Build strong relationships with the medical staff, ensuring favorable conditions for attracting and retaining top-tier clinical and surgical health professionals. Actively seek new corporate clients and commercial alliances in coordination with the B2B sales team, and support all activations conducted with them. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies in Finance, Administration, Management, Planning, Projects, or similar disciplines. * Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within healthcare, laboratory, or service companies. * Knowledge of administration, budgetary control, business operations, and personnel management (desirable). * Advanced English and Excel proficiency. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
