Inclusive and diverse culture at Falabella Perú **Job Description** ---------------------- Administration and management of assigned categories * Sales analysis: sell\-in, sell\-out, growth, market share, average transaction value, units, and $/S/. * Category KPI tracking: sales vs. budget, margin, inventory, turnover, coverage, and stockouts. * Price and competition monitoring: compare prices, promotions, and market positioning. * Support for commercial planning: provide input for budgets, forecasts, campaigns, and objectives. * Assortment analysis: identify performing SKUs, products to boost, and opportunities for addition/removal. * Supplier tracking: sales, compliance, supply, commercial agreements, and initiative results. * Execution of hard-sell activities, pricing, collections, and redemptions. * Close coordination with support areas, trade, promotions, stores, among others.
