Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields 2\. Minimum 3 years of experience as a buyer, procurement analyst, or logistics coordinator, including commercial negotiation and establishing favorable agreements for the company. 3\. Completion of specialized training in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management. 4\. Experience and knowledge of financial instruments such as factoring, negotiable invoices, promissory notes, etc. 5\. Immediate availability **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead end-to-end procurement management for plant and projects, ensuring timely supply of inputs, spare parts, materials, and critical services for production, maintenance, and execution of construction/implementation projects. * Plan and consolidate requirements (plant \+ projects), coordinating with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering departments. * Develop and execute the national sourcing strategy, identifying, qualifying, and negotiating with suppliers of spare parts, technical services, industrial maintenance, metal-mechanical services, transportation, rentals, consumables, and operational supplies. * Manage project-based procurement (CAPEX) * Manage recurring plant procurement (OPEX) * Handle supplier claims and non-conformities **WORKING CONDITIONS:** \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. \- Competitive market-aligned salary \- Formal employment under the General Regime (CTS \+ Bonuses \+ Vacation benefits) and profit-sharing. \- Ongoing training opportunities \- Job stability **APPLY NOW** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,900\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
