Specific Objectives: * Lead the development of the demand plan jointly with the commercial team, covering monthly, semi-annual, and annual horizons per SKU/agency, aligning planning efforts across commercial functions (marketing, trade, sales) to ensure delivery of the company’s strategy. * Identify variables affecting demand (e.g., commercial actions, stockouts) and adjust the demand plan to close gaps versus actual behavior, supporting decision-making across commercial, procurement, and operations teams. * Monitor adherence to the monthly and annual demand planning calendar in Peru to prevent delays or stockouts. * Facilitate demand consensus and consolidate the strategic sales plan, participating in all stages of the S\&OP process. * Manage and report demand planning area performance indicators (KPIs), such as forecast error and accuracy—both statistical and collaborative—by category, packaging, and SKU, while maintaining a log of commercial actions and root causes of errors to support continuous improvement. * Timely request demand projection actions from Commercial and Logistics teams, identifying gaps that may jeopardize plan execution. * Track implementation of SKU Dilution strategies. * Support the Commercial team’s demand adjustment process according to the S\&OP calendar, defining volumes prior to demand consensus. * Review statistical models generated in Blue Yonder based on SKU behavior at the office or sales channel. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Information Coordinator / CPFR Coordinator / Logistics Area Coordinator. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
