Responsibilities: Ensure that each team member (sales, warehouse, and cashier) properly performs tasks assigned to their role. Manage and promptly resolve customer complaints or concerns. Verify that products are correctly organized and presented at the point of sale. Identify areas for team improvement and report to management the need for training. Provide new employees with initial training on their daily responsibilities. Set monthly sales targets for the team and monitor daily progress toward achieving them. Guide staff on product functionality and technical features. Communicate key performance indicators and ensure they are met or exceeded. Prepare team work schedules and ensure adherence to them. Monitor inventory movement and notify relevant departments regarding restocking needs. Verify that the store’s legal documentation is up-to-date and compliant with current regulations. Maintain an organized and disciplined workplace environment through positive leadership. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations within the premises. Collaborate on product receiving and inventory control. Participate in ancillary activities such as cleaning, organization, cashier duties, and product maintenance. Assist with extraordinary tasks requested by other departments or the operations department. Requirements: Completed or ongoing technical or university studies. Practical knowledge and experience in sports disciplines. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory requirement). Desirable knowledge of the SAP system. Minimum 1 year of experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, preferably in retail. Proven experience of at least 1 year leading teams or performing leadership functions recently. Experience managing commercial targets and group commissions, ideally within the retail sector.
