We are currently seeking a **Procurement Analyst**. **Job Description** * Quote requirements received from business and/or functional units for critical procurements. * Responsible for the end-to-end process of supplier management, selection, development, and performance evaluation, aligned with the assigned procurement category. * Collaborate with business requesters to identify efficiency projects. * Conduct bidding and negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers during the procurement process for goods and/or services. * Source suppliers to fulfill business and/or functional unit requirements for goods and/or services. * Manage the execution and validity of supplier contracts in accordance with company policy and procedures. * Support business and functional units in cases of supplier contractual non-compliance. * Prepare and/or collect information and/or documentation required for internal and/or external audits of the department. * Perform other similar duties as directed by the Employer or immediate supervisor based on organizational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in technical procurement within industrial, environmental, oil \& gas, mining, or construction sectors. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office. * Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems is desirable. * Intermediate level of English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * 80% EPS health insurance coverage. * Statutory life insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities.
