Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst responsible for quoting, selecting, tendering, negotiating, and managing suppliers, efficiently supporting business units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the end-to-end supplier process, from selection to evaluation. 2. Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers. 3. We are currently seeking a **Procurement Analyst.** **Job Description** * Quote requirements received from business and/or functional units for critical procurements. * Responsible for managing, selecting, developing, and evaluating supplier performance according to the assigned procurement category. * Collaborate with business requesters to identify efficiency projects. * Tender and negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers during the procurement of goods and/or services for the company. * Source suppliers to fulfill business and/or functional unit requirements for goods and/or services. * Manage the signing and validity of supplier contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Support business and functional units in cases of supplier contractual non-compliance. * Prepare and/or compile information and/or documentation to support internal and/or external audits of the department. * Perform other similar duties as directed by the Employer or hierarchical supervisor based on operational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical procurement within industrial, environmental, oil & gas, mining, or construction sectors. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office. * Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems is desirable. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * 80% coverage of EPS health insurance premium. * Mandatory Life Insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities.
