Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage costs and budgets, with a focus on comprehensive business analysis and profitability improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Profitability improvement REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Fisheries Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in cost and budget management within manufacturing companies (preferably in the Fishing industry or similar). - Experience in production or administrative support functions related to production management. - Advanced Excel proficiency. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify, analyze, and allocate direct and indirect costs for each business segment of the company, justifying variances. - Collect and validate data directly from internal departments (Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.) for comprehensive business analysis. - Review and update cost centers in the software. - Calculate margins, pricing, and profitability scenarios. - Design cost methodologies applied to profitability improvement.
