Job Summary: Grupo Santa Elena is seeking a Commercial Quality Inspector to ensure the quality of fresh products and hygiene at its distribution center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect and control the quality of fresh products and cold storage rooms. 2. Inspect cleanliness and sanitation of areas and personnel. 3. Prepare management reports for supervision. We are currently seeking: **1 COMMERCIAL QUALITY INSPECTOR** for our office located in **CALLAO** (next to MINKA) **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Industry, Biology, or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar positions such as inspector. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Experience in cold storage rooms (desirable). **Benefits of the Position:** * Formal employment contract from Day 1, including all statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * Overtime pay. * 100% covered meals (1 meal per work shift). * SCTR insurance. * Statutory life insurance. **Responsibilities:** * Daily inspection of fresh products stored in cold storage rooms to detect and report any sensory deviations or products nearing or past their expiration date. * Monitor and record temperatures in the cold storage rooms of the distribution center (DC). * Conduct and document inspections of cleanliness and sanitation across various areas within the DC, as well as sanitation of DC handling personnel. * Assess the sensory condition of customer product returns and report findings to the Commercial Quality Supervisor for final disposition. * Prepare management reports to be sent periodically via email to the immediate supervisor. * Other duties inherent to the position.
