This is your opportunity to join a leading company and further develop your professional career. **Establish visit routes to large stores for customer and ADV supervision** **Supervise the management of additional spaces at points of sale and improve the service delivered by ADVs to customers in large stores and supermarkets** **Provide guidance to ADVs through product advisory, sales management, and organizational service standards** **Supervise performance against organizational targets** **Participate in recruitment and selection processes for new ADVs for large stores** **Conduct training for relevant positions, as well as distribution of materials to ADVs** **Assign and supervise implementation of focal points in large stores (Mother’s Day and other events)** **Understand commercial ratios** **Coordinate administrative and operational processes for large stores** Salary: S/.2,200.00 – S/.3,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
