On behalf of our client—a shopping center operator and developer—we are looking for a Commercial Supervisor – Advertising Division. **PROFILE** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Administration, or related fields. * Coursework or specialization is desirable. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Preferred experience in shopping centers, mass consumer goods, advertising agencies, or media buying groups. * Preferred proficiency with platforms such as SAP and Jira. * Intermediate-level Excel. * Intermediate-level English is desirable. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the sale of BTL, indoor, and digital advertising platforms, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. * Identify new business opportunities through continuous prospecting of potential customers. * Maintain strategic relationships and ongoing communication with the client portfolio, agencies, and media buying groups. * Lead and finalize long-term negotiations, including coordination of production and follow-up of provided services. * Comply with and promote adherence to internal organizational policies regarding Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, ethics, and corporate values. * Actively participate in training programs, as well as in risk identification, continuous improvement, and compliance with management systems. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor, aligned with position objectives. **BENEFITS** * EPS (Health Insurance) * Oncology coverage * Summer working hours * Parking Salary: S/.6,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
