Nexo Desarrollo Inmobiliaria, a Peruvian company dedicated to providing comprehensive real estate management services to shopping centers, corporate buildings, beach clubs, residential condominiums, and parking lots, is seeking top talent for the position of: **GENERAL SERVICES OPERATOR.** **REQUIREMENTS**: * Knowledge of plumbing, painting, and supervision of service-providing companies. * Proactive, with ability to resolve daily building incidents. * Preferred experience of 1 year or more in maintenance for corporate buildings, offices, shopping centers, or similar facilities. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with fixed rest day on Sunday. * Shift duration of 12 hours. * Willingness to work in Barranco. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Perform tasks such as replacing light fixtures and/or outlets, programming lighting systems, cleaning smoke detectors, maintaining emergency lights, plumbing work, and/or locksmithing. * Maintain the building in proper and full operational condition, i.e., ensure all equipment and installations function correctly. * Conduct daily inspections of critical building equipment. * Supervise adherence to the building’s maintenance schedule. * Supervise maintenance work performed by service-providing companies. * Inspect electromechanical installations, electrical conditions and infrastructure, basements, water tanks, staircases, etc. * Prepare and submit periodic activity reports to immediate supervisor and promptly report incidents affecting equipment or systems. * Respond to emergency events related to plumbing and electrical incidents. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures.
