Job Summary:
We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage and process payroll information, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive payroll and electronic timekeeping management
2. Preparation of payroll earnings, CTS, bonuses, and profit-sharing
3. Support and advisory services to employees
A Peruvian company present globally for over 30 years. Constantly innovating in Paints, Coatings, and Textured Finishes, we are searching for the best candidate to fill the position of **PAYROLL ASSISTANT:**
**Requirements:**
* Completed technical education and/or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an identical or similar position
**Responsibilities:**
* Enter and verify work schedules and leave requests into the electronic time clock per instructions from department heads and/or supervisors, and identify any system inconsistencies.
* Monitor the proper functioning of payroll and timekeeping systems.
* Request quotations for new enhancements to payroll and timekeeping systems.
* Input data for new employees into payroll and electronic time clock systems, and update such data in corresponding systems.
* Process employee hiring and termination registrations with SUNAT (Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria).
* Prepare payroll statements: salaries, vacation pay, CTS, bonuses, and profit-sharing, in accordance with current regulations.
* Timely prepare the monthly AFPNET declaration and coordinate with the Finance Department for its payment.
* Timely prepare the monthly PLAME declaration and coordinate with the Finance Department for its payment.
* Prepare and manage employment contracts and their renewals for company personnel.
* Send payroll slips and CTS settlement statements to each employee’s email address.
* Handle and track labor claims and administrative procedures arising from labor regulation non-compliance (e.g., claims filed by former employees) before competent regulatory authorities.
* Advise, respond to, and address employee requests, inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
* Prepare reports requested by immediate supervisors and/or management.
* Calculate SENATI contributions and coordinate with the Finance Department for their payment.
* Submit indirect supply service contracts for food provisions to MINTRA (Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo).
