Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for accounting and administrative duties, including payments, recordkeeping, coordination with the accounting department, and tax settlement reviews. Collaboration in the accounting department and review of tax settlements. **Responsibilities:** \- Payments to shipping lines, warehouses, and suppliers. \- Preparation of purchase, sales, and expense records. \- Payment of withholding taxes and non-resident income tax. \- Preparation of purchase, sales, and expense records. \- Coordination with the accounting department. \- Review of tax settlement calculations prior to payment. \- Document filing. \- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** \- Graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or cargo agencies. \- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). \- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. \- Availability for on-site work at the Miraflores office. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Benefits:** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Career progression path. \- Service contract.
