At Eva Courier, a leading distribution and logistics company specializing in e-commerce, we seek a professional passionate about continuous improvement, data analysis, and customer satisfaction. What are we looking for? Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to Customer Experience (CX), process improvement, or project management. Analytical profile, results-oriented, and capable of transforming data into improvement actions. Intermediate Excel and Power BI skills. Availability to work onsite in the district of San Martín de Porres (Habich). What will be your main challenges? Analyze information related to customer experience and satisfaction. Prepare reports and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Detect deviations, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions. Drive initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and service quality. Monitor action plans and measure their impact on customer experience. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. What do we offer? Bi-weekly payments. Formal employment registration.
