




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor transportation units, provide customer service, support the fleet, and report on-route incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of transportation units and customer service. 2. Fleet support and real-time reporting of on-route incidents. 3. Operational support and execution of scheduling closures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and track transportation units to ensure timely deliveries. * Provide continuous response to customer inquiries. * Offer support and guidance to assigned fleet personnel. * Report on-route incidents or issues in real time. * Perform scheduling closures and daily settlements. * Provide operational support for tasks assigned by management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar back-office positions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of operational processes in mobile telecommunications companies and fleet management (desirable). * GPS monitoring experience (desirable). **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Timely payments (bi-weekly and end-of-month). * Career progression and professional development opportunities.
