At Vapor Club, a company specializing in the sale of electronic cigarettes and related accessories, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for commercial processes, including billing, logistics coordination, and accounts receivable tracking. **Responsibilities:** \- Daily bank reconciliations \- Management of petty cash \- Review of customer purchase orders (POs) and verification of their proper validation \- Entering invoices and documents into customer portals \- Issuing invoices and credit notes to B2B customers \- Managing coordination for product delivery and receipt \- Following up with customers regarding **accounts receivable** \- Maintaining updated records of pending and collected invoices \- Entering and keeping inventory stock levels updated in the system **Requirements:** \- Technical or university graduate in Administration, Business, Economics, or related fields (2025\) \- Intermediate Excel proficiency \- Minimum 3 months of experience preparing reports \- On-site availability in San Isidro \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. **We Offer:** \- MYPE payroll Application Question(s): * What are your salary expectations? * In which district do you reside?
