




Job Summary: As the Operations Assistant, you will be the key link connecting customer requirements with our execution—managing orders and coordinating production and installation. Opportunity to learn within a dynamic and growing company. **What is this position about?** As an Operations Assistant, you will serve as the critical link between customer requirements and our operational execution. You will manage orders from initial quotation, coordinate with the production workshop and field installation technicians, and ensure logistics documentation (delivery notes and purchase orders) is ready for final dispatch. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, register, and consolidate customer orders (based on signal drawings and specifications), typically from supermarkets. * Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations. * Coordinate product availability with the production department and field technician scheduling for installation. * Issue delivery notes, request purchase orders, and coordinate with the billing department. **Working Conditions:** * **Work Location:** Ate Vitarte, Lima (On-site). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Environment:** Opportunity to learn within a dynamic and rapidly growing company. * **Salary:** 1600 soles per month **Requirements to Apply:** * **Education:** Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in order processing, light logistics, or project coordination. * **Technical Skills:** Intermediate Excel proficiency and office software competency.
