




Position Summary: Responsible for comprehensive inventory management and control, warehouse administration, replenishment and supply, and operational management during special events. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive inventory management and stock control. 2. Warehouse administration and organization. 3. Participation in special events and reporting analysis. **Inventory Management and Control** * Maintain up-to-date physical and system-based inventory for the store. * Conduct scheduled cyclic counts, selective inventories, and full inventories. * Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, shortages, or overages. * Ensure correct product labeling, coding, and placement. * Continuously verify the accuracy of stock levels recorded in the system. **Store Warehouse Administration** * Keep the warehouse orderly, clean, and organized according to established standards. * Properly manage storage of apparel, accessories, merchandising materials, and other products sold by the store. * Ensure preservation and security of stored merchandise. * Supervise proper receipt of goods from suppliers and the Central Warehouse. **Replenishment and Supply** * Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels. * Timely submit replenishment requests to the Central Warehouse. * Coordinate product transfers between warehouses and sales points. * Analyze product turnover to anticipate supply needs. **Operational Management During Special Days and Events** * Coordinate merchandise supply for sales modules set up at institutional events. * Track product dispatches and returns during event days. * Perform inventory reconciliations upon closing each event. * Prepare daily sales, consumption, and merchandise movement reports for each event day. **Reporting and Information Analysis** * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports. * Develop turnover, coverage, and replenishment indicators for products. * Generate sales statistics by category, product, season, and event. * Identify high- and low-turnover products to optimize purchasing decisions. * Issue early alerts regarding potential stockouts. **Other Responsibilities** * Participate in internal and external audits. * Support continuous improvement of logistics and inventory control processes. * Comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Carry out other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
