Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC-R Technical Assistant to support the maintenance and installation of climate control and refrigeration systems. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC-R systems 2. Participation in the installation of air conditioning systems 3. Emergency response and fault diagnosis A Peruvian micro-enterprise specializing in climate control and electrical engineering is looking for an HVAC-R Refrigeration Technical Assistant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems: conventional direct expansion (DX) split-type decorative units, packaged units, fan coil units, and VRF systems. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems: chillers, cold rooms, and preservation chambers. * Assist in the installation of air conditioning systems. * Assist in emergency response — fault diagnosis. * Comply with instructions from immediate supervisor. * Good communication skills, commitment, and proactive attitude. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete technical studies related to the field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Teamwork, assertive communication, adaptability, and commitment. * Driver’s license: Desirable (not mandatory). * Work equipment: Smartphone with WhatsApp — MANDATORY. * Availability to work on Sundays and/or holidays **with additional pay** on top of regular salary (only on specific dates, not regularly). **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Employment type: Full-time. * Preference for candidates residing in the northern district (Comas, Callao, Los Olivos, Carabayllo, Puente Piedra, Independencia, or San Martín de Porres). * Employment type: Full-time, permanent. * Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month.
