We are currently seeking a **Commercial Executive**. **What Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Commercial Engineering. * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year performing duties in geotechnical engineering, soil laboratories, or construction processes. * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with soil laboratory services, geotechnical testing, and technical standards (ASTM, NTP, etc.) is desirable. * **Tools:** Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * **Skills:** Analytical ability to prepare quotations, excellent communication skills for commercial presentations, and a high level of organization. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * **Commercial Management:** Prepare quotations and technical proposals according to laboratory services (soil, concrete, aggregates, asphalt, etc.) assigned by the Commercial Management team. * **Follow-up and Client Retention:** Continuously follow up on requirements from current and potential clients, managing updates to work orders. * **Data and Control:** Register and maintain an updated client database, quotation form control, and tracking of departmental performance indicators (KPIs). * **Representation:** Lead commercial exhibitions and support planning of visits and promotional events for the department. **What Do We Offer?** * Formal employment registration from day one, with all statutory benefits (Small Business Regime). * Competitive and market-aligned salary. * Career progression path. * Continuous training. * Pleasant work environment.
