Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate crew tasks in MV-LV electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules and safety procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Emphasis on safety and operational procedures **CREW CHIEF LV \- MV / CALLAO ZONE** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electricity, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields. · Experience in the electrical sector. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar or related positions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Supervise and assign tasks to crew personnel to ensure scheduled work is completed, avoiding penalties. · Coordinate with direct supervisor regarding material, equipment, additional machinery, and PPE replacement to meet the MV\-LV work schedule. · Verify that operations are carried out within specified parameters, timeframes, and operational procedures to avoid penalties. · Prepare a work stoppage report if the work site or area lacks appropriate conditions for executing electrical construction work, to safeguard crew members’ integrity and health. · Participate in scheduled internal and external inspections to comply with the SO Work Plan. · Inspect fall-protection systems at substations prior to executing work orders, to prevent workplace accidents. · Request client authorization to enter the SEDS (Distribution Electrical Substation) to carry out scheduled work orders. · Report progress and completion of Public Lighting works (poles, cables, lamps) — whether emergency, inspection-based, or scheduled — for underground and/or overhead installations, via photos and reports to comply with the SO Work Plan and avoid penalties. · Prepare a work stoppage report if the work site or area lacks appropriate conditions for executing Public Lighting (PL) works (poles, cables, lamps), to safeguard crew members’ integrity and health. · Comply with all procedures and responsibilities applicable to the position. · Comply with client safety rules. · Perform other duties inherent to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** · Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. · Timely payments. · Ongoing training. · Career development path. · Profit sharing. · Corporate discounts.
