Today, our VAS Management team is seeking its next **Gas Aftersales Technician**, who will be primarily responsible for performing specialized technical service on CNG-LPG gas systems—including vehicle conversions, maintenance, and activation of multi-point and direct injection (DGI) systems—while complying with technical protocols and regulations to ensure workshop quality standards for all serviced vehicles. **Your Responsibilities** * Install CNG-LPG gas systems on gasoline-powered vehicles equipped with multi-point and direct injection (GDI) systems, following approved conversion kits. * Activate CNG-LPG systems for multi-point configurations according to technical equipment specifications and in compliance with current Peruvian regulations. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNG-LPG and gasoline systems, in accordance with work orders and assigned maintenance packages. * Conduct inspections per established guidelines within the maintenance package, identifying issues and proposing improvement plans for resolution and preventing vehicle re-entry into the workshop. * Keep warranty managers informed—using established formats—regarding warranty and recall management, whether through the automotive channel and/or the gas channel. * Configure gas systems based on current homologation using manufacturer-assigned software for multi-point and direct injection systems. * Upload inspection evidence—including photos and videos as applicable—to technological tools (e.g., Clear Mechanic), ensuring technical accuracy and precision. * Meet position-specific KPIs and those assigned by your immediate supervisor. * Maintain your assigned workspace, tools, and equipment in good condition to ensure longevity and availability for other colleagues. * Actively participate in the company’s Occupational Health and Safety program, in line with corporate policies, as well as in continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop to foster a safe working environment. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and ICS controls. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must: * Hold a completed technical qualification in automotive mechanics, electricity, electronics, or mechatronics. * Have 1–3 years of relevant experience in similar roles within the automotive and gas sectors. * Be proficient in using automotive diagnostic equipment. * Possess basic-level Microsoft Office (Excel) skills. * Have basic-level English proficiency. * Hold a valid driver’s license – Class A1\.
