Position Summary: We are seeking a Food/Agro-Industrial Engineer with experience in dairy production to supervise, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are searching for top talent focused on the manufacturing and commercialization of food products, specifically dairy products. **Position Requirements:** * Food Engineering / Food Technologist / Agro-Industrial Engineering * Extensive experience—more than 4 years—in food production, with in-depth knowledge of dairy products. * Knowledge of: GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000\. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to ensure achievement of production targets. * Supervise, motivate, and coordinate production staff—including operators, technicians, and other employees. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training as needed. * Ensure products comply with quality standards and food safety regulations. Implement and maintain quality control systems and conduct internal audits. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient plant operation. * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. * Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure sufficient stock to meet demand and minimize waste. * Ensure the plant complies with all local, national, and international regulations related to food production. * Identify and resolve operational and technical issues arising during the production process. * Ensure the plant complies with all local, national, and international regulations related to food production. * Implement and promote workplace safety practices to protect personnel and comply with occupational health and safety regulations. **Competencies:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI and other relevant software. * Technical knowledge (technologies related to manufacturing), organizational ability, rigor, and proactivity. * Strong leadership, personnel management, and assertive communication skills at all levels. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits under the general regime (profit-sharing, CTS, EsSalud). * Pleasant work environment, opportunities for professional development, and career progression. * Willingness to work in Santa Clara, Lima.
