




Job Summary: End-to-end management of telecommunications service contracts—from design through to closure—ensuring customer satisfaction and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage effective communication with clients Manage telecommunications service contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle (from design to closure), safeguarding and strengthening client relationships, ensuring compliance with service quality indicators; coordinating with involved cross-functional departments to deliver services as required and to customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager responsible for implementation, operations, and/or maintenance of projects. * Experience managing end-to-end public telecommunications network projects, including negotiation and conflict resolution with end users. * Knowledge of the Regulations on Terms of Use for Public Telecommunications Services and other related telecommunications sector regulations. Knowledge of telecommunications incident resolution and budget evaluation. \#PER \#LI\-ONSITE Brand: Gilat Satellite Networks Who we are looking for: * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Valid ITIL certification. * Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and/or Diploma/Specialization in Project Management. Valid professional license with at least 3 years of active registration (preferred). What you will do: Lead service management across all phases (design, implementation, operations, and closure). Ensure compliance with contractual service levels—from design through service delivery—to meet customer needs while maintaining established quality standards. Manage effective communication with clients and stakeholders’ expectations. Manage financial resources, as well as budget tracking and control. Manage risks and action plans aligned with project scope and client requirements. Coordinate with all internal departments involved in service delivery and associated deliverables.
