We're Hiring a Store Manager for Our Minimarket! We are expanding and looking for a highly energetic **Store Manager**, detail-oriented, and possessing impeccable leadership skills. If you are passionate about retail, enjoy interacting with people, and know how to manage a store effectively, we want you! Your Mission in This Role You will be fully accountable for the minimarket’s daily operations. Your goal will be to ensure the store is always well-stocked, customers receive prompt and friendly service, and all financial records balance perfectly. What Will Be Your Key Challenges? * **Inventory and Shrinkage Control:** Monitor merchandise inflows and outflows, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO system), and minimize losses due to expiration or damage. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate staff shifts (multifunctional cashiers), motivate team members, and ensure adherence to service and cleanliness standards. * **Commercial Management:** Monitor daily sales, ensure correct price labeling, and maintain organized, attractive shelf displays. * **Cashier Operations:** Supervise cash reconciliation, cash handling, and bank deposits, ensuring zero discrepancies. * **Supplier Relations:** Coordinate order receipt, verify invoices, and ensure timely restocking. What Are We Looking For? * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (minimarkets, convenience stores, supermarkets, or mass-consumption retail). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory control, and basic/intermediate Excel. * **Skills:** Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving capability, and unwavering integrity. * **Availability:** Willingness to work a 9-hour schedule (8 hours plus 1-hour break), with Sundays off.
