Job Summary: We are seeking a Cutting Supervisor in Santa Anita to supervise personnel, achieve production targets, perform garment and sample cutting, and coordinate with other departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise personnel and achieve cutting production targets. 2. Perform fabric spreading, garment cutting, and marking in Audaces. 3. Coordinate with production and logistics teams, and manage fabric stock. We are currently looking for a **CUTTING SUPERVISOR** for Santa Anita with the following profile: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise assigned personnel. * Achieve daily production targets. * Complete the daily production bio-schedule for assigned personnel. * Perform fabric spreading for cutting. * Carry out production garment cutting. * Perform marking using the Audaces software. * Cut samples according to the Commercial Department's scheduled dates. * Coordinate with the Production Manager regarding the schedule for cutting operations. * Receive fabrics and yarns delivered by suppliers. * Coordinate with the Logistics Department on fabric orders placed with suppliers. * Prepare daily cutting settlement reports. * Report fabric-related issues encountered during cutting to the immediate supervisor. * Maintain fabric stock records on PC. * Perform other duties delegated by the Production Manager or General Management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education – Technical Textile Program. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the textile industry. * Experience with knitted and woven fabrics. * Experience operating the Audaces system. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. Salary: S/.2,200.00 – S/.2,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
