




Position Summary: This role ensures timely management of medical procedures and personalized patient care, handling scheduling, patient record creation, and coordinating various medical processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of patient care and medical procedures. 2. Scheduling coordination for appointments, surgeries, and administrative procedures. 3. Direct guidance and assistance for patient inquiries. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure timely handling of established procedures for physicians and personalized patient care. Schedule additional appointments and reschedule appointments (in-person and teleconsultations). Create electronic health records (EHR) for new patients. Review the physician's daily schedule and coordinate with the Medical Director (MD) for schedule blocks. Coordinate medical courtesy services and discounts. Follow up on medical reports. Manage surgical orders and follow-up (operating room reservations, bed assignments, and pre-operative scheduling). Manage minor surgical procedures. Manage hospital-based chemotherapy orders and ablative therapy orders. Process guarantee letters and budgets.
