Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive team member to manage sales, operations, social media, logistics, and inventory control for a footwear company. Key Highlights: 1. Lead sales closing and customer service via WhatsApp and in person. 2. Manage social media interactions and create visual content. 3. We seek a proactive team member to join our team and help us scale our digital and physical operations. **What Challenges Will You Face?** \- *Sales Management:* Lead sales closing via WhatsApp and in-person customer service, focusing on persuasion and high-level customer service. \- *Operational Administration:* Record operations in the management system and issue receipts/guides via the SUNAT portal. \- *Social Media & Content:* Manage commercial-focused social media interactions, take/edit photos for catalogs, and contribute creative ideas for content on Meta and TikTok. \- *Logistics and Dispatch:* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. \- *Inventory Control:* Create patterns and items in the system upon new merchandise arrivals, generate purchase orders, and enter purchases into the system. **What Are We Looking For in You?** \- Female candidate with high energy, excellent writing skills, and results orientation. \- Proactive, organized, committed individual capable of supporting various operational areas as daily needs arise. \- Proficiency in using digital tools and ability to quickly learn management systems. **What Do We Offer?** \- Statutory financial subsidy. \- Fixed schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. \- Location: Los Olivos. *For additional inquiries about this vacancy, you may also contact us at 922352696 (WhatsApp only).* Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
