Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to supervise activities, service quality, staff, and handle complaints in La Victoria. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for an experienced **floor manager** for slot machine gaming, for the district of La Victoria. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Floor Manager in gaming, casinos/slot machines, or related areas (mandatory) * Intermediate-level office software proficiency. * Experience in cash reconciliation, cash counts, vault management, etc. * Experience managing staff, teamwork, and conflict resolution. * Strong leadership skills. * Knowledge of slot machines. * Experience in customer service and industry regulations. * Understanding of operational processes, budgets, procedures, and performance indicators. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, and early morning). * No police or criminal records. * Valid national ID (DNI). * Age between 30 and 50 years. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise all activities and procedural compliance on the floor. * Continuously monitor service quality. * Verify proper functioning of machines and staff appearance. * Daily verification of staff attendance. * Verification of prize payouts. * Coordinate promotions, raffles, and events. * Address and resolve customer complaints or claims. * Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of responsibilities. **Benefits:** * Net monthly salary: **S/1350** * Full statutory payroll benefits (bonuses, CTS, ESSALUD, family allowance, vacation entitlement). * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Pleasant working environment. * Working day: 8 hours + 1-hour break.
