Excellent growth opportunity We are a healthcare logistics operator specialized in the storage, distribution, and transportation of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and sanitary products. We are currently seeking a committed, organized, and compliance-oriented Quality Administrative Assistant. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? \- Graduates in Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality departments within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or healthcare logistics companies. \- Knowledge of GMP and GDP. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- Residency in Chorrillos or nearby areas (desirable). RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Verify documentation for product inbound and outbound shipments according to established procedures. \- Support the Pharmacist-chemist in complying with GMP and GDP. \- Verify that physical locations match both the system records and those authorized by DIGEMID. \- Assist in the product release process and updating product statuses in the system under the supervision of the Pharmacist-chemist. \- Support audits, self-inspections, and quality management system controls. \- Manage the quality department’s document filing and control. \- Track records, forms, and activities related to the quality management system and product traceability. \- Coordinate with clients regarding documentation management and receipt.
