Carry out recruitment and personnel selection processes Our client, a passenger transportation company operating routes in the central region of Peru, requires a Human Resources Assistant to join its team with the objective of properly managing the company's Human Resource Management processes. Responsibilities: * Draft and administer employment contracts, renewals, settlements, and all labor documents in compliance with applicable regulations. * Administer and update personnel documentation and files. * Manage payroll, attendance records, time sheets, and absence control. * Implement disciplinary measures in coordination with department heads. * Carry out recruitment and personnel selection processes. * In coordination with various department heads, design and implement the training plan. Requirements: * Graduate in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Proficient in Microsoft Office at the user level. * Availability to work in El Agustino / San Luis Desirable: * Knowledge of labor legislation.
