Requirements * Student, technical graduate, or graduate in Administration, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * ERP system knowledge is desirable. * Experience in customer service, sales, or commercial support. * Experience in preparing and tracking quotations. * Ability to organize and monitor commercial processes. * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * Proactive, responsible attitude with eagerness to learn. * Availability to work onsite in Chorrillos. Responsibilities * Prepare and track quotations. * Provide administrative and commercial support to the sales team. * Handle customer inquiries and requests. * Coordinate with the warehouse for order preparation and dispatch. * Track commercial opportunities and purchase orders. * Maintain up-to-date customer information in the system. * Coordinate commercial and administrative documentation. * Other duties related to the position.
