Position Summary: Experienced Human Resources professional to optimize processes, manage talent, and ensure regulatory compliance in Callao. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: * University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate diploma in HR (desirable). * Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in roles such as HR Manager. * Experience in comprehensive personnel management and labor legislation. * Knowledge of STARSOFT. * Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills. * Critical thinking, leadership, and organizational ability. * Results orientation and strong communication skills. * Availability to work in person in Callao. * Immediate availability. FUNCTIONS: * Review, analyze, and optimize HR department processes and procedures. * Develop and implement improvements to the internal work regulations and deploy them across the company. * Design and maintain updated job descriptions and organizational charts. * Draft and review employment contracts in accordance with current labor legislation. * Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations and prevention of workplace harassment. * Design policies and procedures for recruitment, selection, hiring, promotion, and separation. * Develop and implement a performance management system for staff. * Ensure compliance with current labor obligations and regulations. * Manage confidentiality processes, code of conduct, and internal policies. * Address internal and external audit requirements related to HR management, including LAP, SUNAFIL, and MINTRA. * Responsible for organizing internal events or team-building activities.
