Job Summary: We are seeking a Pre-Owned Vehicle Appraiser to evaluate and appraise vehicles, coordinating with customers and internal departments to expedite purchase processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are **Grupo DONGFENG MOTOR PERÚ – HC STORE**, a dealership specialized in vehicle sales, and we are currently seeking a **PRE-OWNED VEHICLE APPRAISER** to join our team. **Primary Location:** La Molina **Work Modality:** On-site REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or university degree in **Automotive Mechanics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years of experience in similar vehicle appraisal roles**. * Knowledge of pre-owned vehicle evaluation and appraisal. * **Valid A1 driver's license.** * Availability to travel between our various locations as required by service needs. * Customer orientation, negotiation skills, and commercial judgment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct **appraisal and valuation of pre-owned vehicles**, considering mechanical condition, year, model, mileage, equipment, repairs, and overall vehicle condition. * Physically inspect vehicles and determine their market value. * Coordinate with and accompany customers throughout the vehicle evaluation process. * **Transport or accompany customers and their vehicles to the company’s workshop**, when necessary, to perform a mechanical evaluation enabling an accurate appraisal. * Respond to appraisal requests at any of our locations: * **La Molina** * **Plaza Norte** * **Surquillo** * **Colonial** * **San Miguel** * Coordinate with the **Sales, Pre-Owned, Workshop, and Administration** departments to expedite vehicle purchase and/or acquisition processes. * Prepare and maintain updated appraisal reports. * Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the entire process.
