Will provide support in HR administrative processes **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT** At C6V Security, we are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant committed to talent attraction, selection process efficiency, and strengthening the Human Resources Management area. **Job Description:** Responsible for supporting recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative staff, ensuring timely vacancy coverage. Tasks include publishing job openings, screening resumes, scheduling and assisting interviews, verifying references, and consolidating documentation for hiring. Provides support in HR administrative processes, updating databases, managing performance indicators, and tracking new hires, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current regulations. **Required Profile:** ✔ Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Human Talent, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. ✔ Minimum 6 months’ experience in recruitment and selection processes (preferably in security or service companies). ✔ Basic knowledge of hiring processes and document management. ✔ Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel preferred). ✔ Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. ✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet staffing coverage targets. City: Bellavista, Lima. Contract Type: Fixed-term (renewable based on performance).
