Vacancy and recruitment indicator tracking **Selection Team —** ***Specialists in Cleaning Staff \- Project-Based*** A recruitment and staffing company is looking to expand its team with: * ***1 SELECTION ANALYST (PEN 1,800 to PEN 2,000\)*** * ***1 SELECTION ASSISTANT (PEN 1,200 to PEN 1,500\)*** Both roles require specialization in cleaning staff recruitment. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Conduct mass recruitment of cleaning staff. * Attract candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, campaigns, groups). * Screen, interview, and assess applicants according to location, shift, and profile requirements. * Fill vacancies promptly, meeting client deadlines. * Coordinate candidate presentations and contract closures. * Track vacancies and recruitment metrics. * (The Analyst additionally leads the process and manages reports and metrics.) ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * ***PROVEN experience recruiting cleaning staff.*** * ***Knowledge of sourcing channels for this profile (where and how to find them quickly).*** * Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp for candidate management. * Agility, organization, and high tolerance for high-volume work. * Analyst: degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field \+ experience leading recruitment processes. * Selection Assistant: experience in mass recruitment. * Salary commensurate with position (Analyst PEN 2,000 · Assistant PEN 1,500\) * Career growth within an expanding company. * On-site work: Av.
