Main Responsibilities * Execute and schedule the social media content calendar. * Create, write, and publish content across various digital platforms. * Manage and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions. * Apply company-established customer service protocols and scripts. * Identify sales opportunities and refer potential customers to the sales department. * Create and publish daily stories aligned with brand objectives. * Propose creative ideas, campaigns, activations, and engagement initiatives. * Monitor trends and relevant opportunities for the brands. * Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. * Conduct on-site visits for photographic and audiovisual content creation. * Provide coverage of company events, activations, and activities. * Coordinate with marketing, design, and sales departments to ensure proper campaign execution. * Maintain a digital presence aligned with each brand’s identity and objectives.
