Job Summary: We are seeking a housekeeper for a hotel with experience in housekeeping and availability for rotating shifts, responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas. Opportunity for development A hotel company requires hiring a housekeeper: REQUIREMENTS: Experience in housekeeping services for hotels (desirable). Education or courses in hospitality. Availability for rotating shifts. Availability for rotating schedules: Morning shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Afternoon shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Night shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. This position is for males only. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean guest rooms and public floor areas according to established procedures. Prepare housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies according to established standards and keep them organized. Record relevant daily information (lost & found items, service incidents) to communicate with other departments (reception, kitchen). Report room maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department for prompt attention. Record cleaning times for guest rooms in the work plan (time of entry and time of exit). Verify that guest rooms are clean and fully functional before marking them as cleaned in reports. Assist with other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor (laundry and public areas). Accurately complete floor reports. Perform scheduled periodic cleaning tasks assigned by the direct supervisor (in-depth cleaning details).
