




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced hospitality receptionist to attend to guests, manage check-in/out, and resolve issues during the overnight shift. Key Highlights: 1. Hospitality company requires a Receptionist for the overnight shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. · Requirements: - Studies in hospitality and tourism; graduate. - Male candidates preferred. - Practical experience in customer service in hotels or accommodations. - Shift: Overnight, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (one day off per week). - Proficiency in hotel management systems; Infohotel is desirable. - Ability to build, establish, and maintain cordial relationships with guests and coworkers. Main Responsibilities: - Perform guest check-in / check-out. - Register and update data in the system. - Collect accommodation fees and promote other hotel services. - Prepare, collect, and process invoices; issue receipts and invoices; direct interaction with suppliers. - Coordinate reservations. - Process cash and credit card payments. - Resolve guest inquiries or issues.
