Your Responsibilities Will Include: · Supervise the proper conduct of board games on the floor. · Lead, motivate, and manage work teams. · Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations. · Resolve operational incidents in real time. · Ensure high-quality customer service. · Coordinate with related departments to ensure operational continuity. Requirements: · Minimum 1–2 years of experience supervising personnel (preferably in casinos or similar industries). · Knowledge of board games (mandatory). · Completed technical studies or ongoing or incomplete university studies in: 1\. Administration 2\. Tourism and Hospitality 3\. Related fields · Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. · Availability to work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
