Processing orders generated by stores via SAP R3 and consolidating them for picking. Handling production requirements. Coordinating inventory days and reporting. Monitoring warehouse capacity and stock levels. Supervising warehouse staff to achieve departmental objectives. Generating shipping guides for dispatches. Conducting daily and cyclical inventory counts. Reporting on logistics KPIs. Verifying proper use of internal and franchise forms. Verifying compliance with BPA standards. Other duties inherent to the role. What Do You Need to Become Our Next Warehouse Assistant? Completed university studies in Industrial Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse operations (storage and inventory control) — mandatory. English: intermediate level. Power BI: intermediate level. SAP: intermediate level.
