We are looking for an **SSOMA Supervisor**, responsible for ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System, promoting a preventive culture and coordinating prevention service activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System. * Manage prevention activities, ensuring compliance with SSOMA work plans. * Plan, organize, and deliver SSOMA training, inductions, and safety talks. * Verify compliance with current occupational health and safety legislation. * Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and propose corrective actions. * Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Investigate workplace incidents and accidents and prepare corresponding reports. * Maintain up-to-date SSOMA documentation and records. * Prepare SSOMA management reports and indicators. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * SSOMA courses or programs with a minimum duration of 160 hours. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of current occupational health and safety regulations. * Experience delivering safety training and safety talks. * Organizational ability, leadership, and effective communication skills. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration per Peruvian labor law. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional development.
